How do I get started with ProductBridge?

Overview

ProductBridge is a customer feedback platform — you collect feedback on boards, plan work on a roadmap, and announce releases in a changelog, all through a public portal your users can visit. Everything lives inside an organization, which you create the first time you sign in.

Steps

1. Sign in at https://app.productbridge.io
2. Complete the onboarding wizard:
   1. Enter your website URL, or skip this step
   2. Set your brand name and choose a subdomain for your portal
   3. Pick the feedback boards you want to start with (optional — you can add or edit boards later)
   4. Wait while ProductBridge personalizes your workspace with AI-seeded content
3. You land in the Feedback view of your new organization's dashboard

Your organization is now ready to collect feedback. To create another organization later, open the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar and select Create New Organization.
