Cannot log in to dashboard

Resolve login issues on ProductBridge.

Symptoms

  • Login page reloads
  • "Invalid email or password" error

Quick Fix

Did you sign up with Google?

If you originally signed up with Continue with Google, your account has no password — entering one shows "Invalid email or password". Use Continue with Google on the login screen instead.

Check credentials

Ensure your email and password are correct.

Reset password

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen and follow the reset steps.

Clear browser cache

Clear cookies/storage and retry logging in.

Dashboard vs. portal login

The dashboard login (for your team) and your organization's public portal login (for your users) are separate. Portal visitors can sign in with email and password (minimum 8 characters), Google, or GitHub — or, if the organization has SSO enabled, they are redirected to its sign-in page.
