Why AI Assistants?

Treat ProductBridge as a tool your AI assistant can use. Instead of copy-pasting feedback into a chat, your assistant can:

Search your feedback by topic ("what are customers asking about onboarding?")
Pull the current roadmap and group it by status
Create a feedback post or changelog entry from a conversation
Look up customer segments and filter by them

AI assistants connect via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — an open standard for letting LLMs call external tools. ProductBridge exposes 27 MCP tools covering feedback, roadmap, changelog, and the surrounding configuration.
