Surveys
Ask your users targeted, one-question micro-surveys in-app — NPS, CSAT, CES, polls, and open feedback — and route the answers straight back into your feedback boards and analytics.
What Surveys Are
Surveys let you ask your users short, focused questions at exactly the right moment — right after they finish onboarding, close a support ticket, or use a new feature. Instead of a long questionnaire, each survey asks one question in a lightweight card that appears in your app, on your public portal, or on a shareable link.
Every response flows into ProductBridge alongside the rest of your feedback, so a low NPS score or an open-ended complaint becomes a trackable signal — not a number in a spreadsheet you never revisit.
Surveys run on their own lightweight script, separate from the feedback widget. A surveys-only customer never ships the widget bundle, and vice versa.
The Five Survey Types
ProductBridge ships five survey types built on one unified engine. Every type renders as the same single-question card and stores its answers in the same place — so you can mix and match without changing how you read the results.
NPS
The classic 0–10 "how likely are you to recommend us" question, scored into promoters, passives, and detractors.
CSAT
A quick 1–5 satisfaction rating to capture how a specific interaction felt.
CES
Customer Effort Score on an editable 1–7 scale — how hard was it to get something done.
Poll
A single multiple-choice question with single- or multi-select answers and a live tally.
Open feedback
A free-text prompt that collects open-ended feedback in the customer's own words.
