Analytics
Read survey results with a view tailored to each type — NPS and CSAT bands, CES effort averages, poll tallies, and open-feedback quote lists — filtered by date range.
Opening Analytics
Select any survey from the Surveys list to open its analytics dashboard. The header carries three controls:
- Refresh — reload the latest responses.
- Share by link — copy or open the survey's public link (see Distribution).
- Date range — scope every metric to a window; it defaults to the last 90 days.
The layout adapts to the survey type, so you always see the metrics that make sense for the question you asked.
NPS
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Score | The headline NPS from −100 to +100, with the change versus the prior period. |
| Responses | Total responses in the selected window. |
| Response rate | Share of shown surveys that were answered. |
| Composition | The split of promoters, passives, and detractors. |
Below the tiles, a score distribution histogram plots responses across 0–10, colored by band, and a daily score trend tracks the score over time.
CSAT
CSAT mirrors NPS but reads in satisfaction language:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Satisfied | Percentage of respondents who rated 4–5. |
| Responses | Total responses in the window. |
| Response rate | Share of shown surveys that were answered. |
| Composition | The split of satisfied, neutral, and dissatisfied. |
A score distribution histogram and daily trend accompany the tiles, banded the same way.
CES
CES is average-based rather than banded:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Avg rating | The mean effort score, shown out of the scale maximum. |
| Responses | Total responses in the window. |
An effort distribution histogram plots responses across the configured scale in a single neutral color — there are no promoter/detractor bands for effort.
Poll
A poll shows a Responses tile plus a Results breakdown: each option with its vote count and percentage as a progress bar.
Percentages are the share of respondents who picked each option. In a multiple-choice poll, respondents can pick more than one option, so the percentages can add up to more than 100%.
Open feedback
Open feedback shows a Responses tile and a scrollable list of every answer as a readable quote, each tagged with the respondent and the date. Anonymous responses are labeled accordingly. The list loads more as you scroll.
Recent Responses
For scored and poll surveys, a Recent responses table lists individual answers with their score or selected options, any follow-up comment, the respondent, and the date. NPS and CSAT rows also show the band each answer falls into.
Combine analytics with the Advanced routing options on NPS and CSAT — send detractors to a feedback board and nudge promoters to leave a review — so the numbers here turn directly into action. See Creating a Survey.
