Create feedback posts from any webpage using the ProductBridge Chrome Extension — no tab switching, no copy-paste.
Overview
The ProductBridge Chrome Extension lets you create feedback posts from any webpage — competitor reviews, social media posts, support forums, or internal tools — without switching tabs. Feedback you capture lands on the board you choose in your ProductBridge organization.
Unlike other integrations, the extension runs entirely in your browser. There is nothing to connect on the server side: install it, sign in, and start capturing.
Prerequisites

Google Chrome or a Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Arc)

A ProductBridge account with access to at least one organization and feedback board
Install the Extension
Add it from the Chrome Web Store
Open the ProductBridge Chrome Extension page and click Add to Chrome. Confirm the permissions when prompted.
Sign in
Click the ProductBridge icon in your browser toolbar and sign in with your ProductBridge account. Pick the organization and board you want feedback to go to.
Verify the connection
Open Connect Sources in your ProductBridge dashboard — the Chrome Extension card shows as Connected automatically once the extension is detected in your browser. There is no manual connect step.
Capture Feedback
With the extension installed, click the ProductBridge icon on any webpage to create a feedback post. Fill in the feedback details and submit — the post is created in your selected organization and board immediately, and flows into Feedback Intelligence for analysis like feedback from any other source.
The extension only sends data to ProductBridge when you explicitly submit feedback. Browsing activity is not tracked.
