Overview
The Insights Overview is your feedback dashboard — daily ingest volume and trends across every source, filterable by time range, source, and board.
Where to find it
Open Analytics

In-app path: Sidebar → Analytics
Requires: feedback_intelligence:view, and a plan that includes Insights. Extraction must also be enabled at Settings → Moderation → Feedback Intelligence.

Your Feedback at a Glance
Open the Overview from the sidebar under Intelligence → Analytics. It shows how much feedback you are receiving and how it is trending across every connected source — a quick pulse on engagement before you drill into themes, observations, and strengths.
Filters
Every panel on the Overview respects the filters at the top of the page:
- Time range — the reporting window (defaults to Last 30 days)
- Source — limit to feedback from a specific source (Intercom, Slack, the public portal, and more)
- Board — limit to a specific feedback board
Total Feedback
The Total Feedback panel charts your daily ingest volume across all sources over the selected window. It shows:
- the total number of feedback items in the window,
- the window length (for example, 30 days), and
- the average per day, drawn as a dashed line across the trend chart.
Use it to spot spikes — a sudden jump often signals a release issue or a feature request gaining traction — and to confirm feedback is flowing in from your connected sources.
A spike with no matching release is worth investigating early. Filter the chart by source to see which channel drove it, then jump to Observations to read what people are saying.
