App Store Integration
Connect ProductBridge to the Apple App Store to import and analyze iOS app reviews automatically.
Overview
The App Store integration imports iOS app reviews from the Apple App Store into ProductBridge. Track what users say about your app, monitor rating trends, and analyze feedback alongside your other channels — all without manually checking the App Store.
Prerequisites
- An iOS app published on the Apple App Store
- An App Store Connect account with access to your app
- An App Store Connect API key with read access to Customer Reviews (generate one at App Store Connect)
Connect App Store
Generate an API Key
In App Store Connect, navigate to Users and Access > Integrations > App Store Connect API. Create a new key with the App Manager or Developer role. Download the private key file — you can only download it once.
Open Integration Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > App Store in your ProductBridge dashboard and click Connect.
Enter Credentials
Provide your:
- Issuer ID — Found on the API Keys page in App Store Connect
- Key ID — The identifier of your generated API key
- Private Key — Upload the
.p8file you downloaded
ProductBridge validates the connection and displays your available apps.
Select Your App
Choose the app you want to monitor from the list. If you have multiple apps, you can connect each to a different ProductBridge project.
Activate
Click Enable to start importing reviews. ProductBridge begins pulling reviews daily.
Configure Settings

Filter by territory if your product serves specific markets. This helps you analyze regional feedback patterns separately.
How It Works
Once connected:
- App Store reviews are imported daily and tagged with "via App Store"
- Star ratings are mapped to sentiment scores, supplemented by AI text analysis
- Review language is detected automatically for multilingual support
- All imported reviews flow into Feedback Intelligence for categorization and trend detection
- You can track rating trends over time and correlate them with releases
App Store reviews are pulled once daily due to Apple API rate limits. New reviews typically appear in ProductBridge within 24 hours of being posted.
