Connect ProductBridge to the Apple App Store by pasting your public app listing URL — no App Store Connect keys required. Reviews import automatically every day.

Overview

The App Store integration imports iOS app reviews from your public Apple App Store listing into ProductBridge. Track what users say about your app, monitor rating trends, and analyze feedback alongside your other channels — all without manually checking the App Store.

Connecting requires no credentials — you paste your public App Store listing URL or your app's numeric ID, and ProductBridge handles the rest.

Prerequisites

  • An iOS app published on the Apple App Store with a public listing

  • A ProductBridge organization with at least one feedback board configured

Connect App Store

Open the Integrations catalog

Sign in to your ProductBridge dashboard, click Connect Sources in the sidebar, and select App Store.

Paste your listing URL or app ID

Paste the public App Store URL of your app, or just its numeric app ID:

The app ID is the number after id in your listing URL.

Optionally import historical data

Toggle on Import historical data and pick a window between 1 and 30 days to backfill existing reviews from that period. This is off by default.

Click Connect App Store

The integration status updates to Connected. Reviews start syncing automatically — no further configuration needed.

How Reviews Sync

  • Automatic daily sync — ProductBridge pulls new reviews once a day at 02:00 UTC

  • Sync depth — Each sync checks your most recent reviews (150 by default) and imports the ones it hasn't seen yet

  • Historical import — If enabled at connect time, reviews from your chosen 1–30 day window are backfilled once in the background

Each imported review is tagged with its App Store source, sentiment is derived by AI from the review text, and the review flows into Feedback Intelligence for categorization and trend detection — so you can track sentiment over time and correlate it with releases.

Disconnect

To stop syncing, open Connect Sources > App Store and click Disconnect. Reviews already imported stay in ProductBridge.
