TrustPilot Integration
Connect ProductBridge to TrustPilot to import and analyze customer reviews from your TrustPilot business profile.
Overview
The TrustPilot integration imports reviews from your TrustPilot business profile into ProductBridge. Monitor customer trust signals, track sentiment trends, and analyze TrustPilot feedback alongside all your other feedback channels in one place.
Prerequisites
- A TrustPilot business profile with at least one review
- TrustPilot Business API access (available on TrustPilot paid plans)
- A ProductBridge project to receive imported reviews
Connect TrustPilot
Open Integration Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > TrustPilot in your ProductBridge dashboard and click Connect.
Enter API Credentials
Provide your TrustPilot Business API key and business unit ID. You can find these in your TrustPilot Business dashboard under Integrations > API.
Configure Sync
Choose your sync frequency (daily or weekly) and whether to backfill existing reviews or start with new ones only.
Activate
Click Enable to start importing reviews. ProductBridge begins pulling reviews immediately.

TrustPilot reviews are highly visible to potential customers. Monitor negative reviews closely and use ProductBridge to track whether reported issues are addressed in your roadmap.
How It Works
Once connected:
- TrustPilot reviews are imported on your configured schedule and tagged with "via TrustPilot"
- Star ratings (1-5) are converted to sentiment scores: 4-5 = positive, 3 = neutral, 1-2 = negative
- Review text is analyzed by AI to extract specific topics, complaints, and feature mentions
- Reviewer information (where available) is linked to ProductBridge user profiles
- All imported reviews flow into Feedback Intelligence for analysis
TrustPilot reviews are public and often influence purchasing decisions. Use the Intelligence Dashboard to compare TrustPilot sentiment with private feedback to identify gaps between public perception and internal product priorities.
