Feedback Intelligence Dashboard
Explore the ProductBridge Intelligence Dashboard to visualize feedback trends, sentiment breakdowns, category distributions, and key insights in real time.
Your Feedback at a Glance
The Intelligence Dashboard gives you a visual overview of everything happening across your feedback. Trends, sentiment, categories, and top requests are displayed in real-time charts and summaries — updated automatically as new feedback arrives.
You use the dashboard to spot patterns, monitor sentiment shifts, and identify what your users care about most without reading individual items.
Dashboard Sections
Feedback Volume
The volume chart shows how much feedback you receive over time, broken down by source (Public Portal, In-App Widget, Integrations). Use it to track engagement and identify spikes — a sudden increase often signals a release issue or a viral feature request.
Toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views using the time range selector in the top-right corner. You can also filter by feedback source or customer segment.
Sentiment Analysis
The sentiment panel breaks down feedback into positive, neutral, and negative categories. Each item is scored automatically by AI, and you see the overall distribution plus how it changes over time.
| Sentiment | What It Indicates |
|---|---|
| Positive | Users expressing satisfaction, praise, or delight |
| Neutral | Feature requests, questions, or informational feedback |
| Negative | Complaints, frustrations, or reports of issues |
Watch for sentiment shifts after a release. A drop in positive sentiment or a spike in negative feedback can signal a regression before support tickets start piling up.
Category Distribution
ProductBridge automatically categorizes every piece of feedback into topics like Performance, UI/UX, Pricing, Onboarding, and more. The category chart shows which topics dominate your feedback and how the distribution shifts over time.
You can customize categories in Project Settings > Intelligence > Categories to match your product's domain.
Top Requests
The top requests panel ranks feature requests by demand — calculated from votes, mentions, and unique user count. Each entry links to the consolidated feedback view where you can see all related items.
