G2 Integration
Connect ProductBridge to G2 to automatically import and analyze reviews from your G2 product profile.
Overview
The G2 integration imports reviews from your G2 product listing into ProductBridge. Each review — including star ratings, pros, cons, and reviewer segments — is captured and analyzed alongside your other feedback, giving you a complete picture of public sentiment.
Prerequisites
- A published G2 product profile with at least one review
- Your G2 product URL or G2 API credentials
- A ProductBridge project to receive imported reviews
Connect G2
Open Integration Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > G2 in your ProductBridge dashboard and click Connect.
Enter Product Details
Provide your G2 product URL (e.g., https://www.g2.com/products/your-product) or enter your G2 API credentials for direct API access.
Configure Sync Frequency
Choose how often ProductBridge pulls new reviews:
- Daily — New reviews are imported every 24 hours
- Weekly — Reviews are batched and imported once per week
Select whether to backfill historical reviews or start with new ones only.
Activate
Click Enable to start the integration. ProductBridge begins importing reviews immediately based on your settings.
Configure Settings
Customize how G2 reviews are mapped and processed:

G2 reviews often contain both praise and criticism. ProductBridge splits "Pros" and "Cons" into separate feedback items so each insight is categorized and tracked independently.
How It Works
Once connected:
- G2 reviews are imported on your configured schedule and tagged with "via G2"
- Star ratings are converted to sentiment scores and combined with AI-analyzed text sentiment
- Reviewer attributes (industry, company size, role) are mapped to user segments
- All imported reviews flow into Feedback Intelligence for categorization and trend analysis
- You can compare G2 sentiment trends with feedback from other channels on the Intelligence Dashboard
